It would help to come with one challenge or opportunity in mind, ideally a simple process you or your team repeat often. Something you do every week, or something that takes up more of your time than it should.
We might work on one of these live, and the rest will shape our conversation.
And remember, whether you use AI every day or you're opening it for the first time, I got you. I'll keep everything in plain English and explain any terms as they come up.
The tools
I'll be using Claude Pro for the examples we work through together. If you use ChatGPT, Gemini or Co-Pilot, don't worry, you'll be able to follow along just fine. And if you are new to AI, that's all good, too — you can watch along.
But if you'd like to build alongside me, I'd recommend getting Claude Pro (£18 a month) and downloading it to your desktop.
